    • Google Account Information. When you choose to log in with your Google account, we receive certain profile information about you from your Google account, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information to create an account for you on our service.
    • User-Generated Content. Any content you create, upload, or post while using our services, such as the 'moments' you create.

    In addition, we automatically collect certain information such as your browser and language preferences, information about how and when you use our service and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

    2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

    We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

    • To facilitate account creation and logon process. If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process.
    • To provide you with services. We use your information to provide you with the requested service, including creating and managing your 'moments'.
    • For administrative purposes. We may use your information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
    • To protect our services. We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our services safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).
    • For other business purposes. We may use your information for other business purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our services, products, marketing and your experience.

    • Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents (like Supabase for database management and Microsoft Clarity for analytics with your consent) who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. To process your payments, we share your information with our payment processor, Creem.

    We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Your personal information is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Creem, and their use of your information is governed by their privacy policy (https://creem.io/privacy).
